This training includes two live sessions. The first is a teaching and practice session focused on The Whale and how to master the best movements, while the second is a follow-up and review session.:
- First session: September 13 at 9:00 am New York time (this event will be recorded so you can study it multiple times, approximately 4 hours).
- Second session: October 4 at 9:00 am NY time (follow-up and review session, approximately 1.5 hours).
